We strive to provide products and services that meet or exceed your expectations. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

a) Damaged or Defective Products

2. We will provide instructions on returning the product.
3. Upon verification, a full refund or replacement will be issued.

b) Incorrect Items

1. If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible after receiving the product.

2. আমরা পণ্য ফেরত পাঠানোর নির্দেশনা প্রদান করব।

খ) ভুল পণ্য

1. যদি আপনি ভুল পণ্য পেয়ে থাকেন, তাহলে প্রাপ্তির পরপরই আমাদের জানান।

4. মূল অর্থপ্রদানের পদ্ধতিতে রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে।

৩. অর্ডার বাতিলকরণ নীতি
